FAQ.

1. Shipping

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and the title passes to the buyer in CA.  We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of CA.  The buyer is soley responsible for shipment of alcohlic beverage products.  By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage in a common carrier to deliver your order where you wish.  Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are 21 years of age or older.  In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and the person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years of age.  When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may not be visiibly intoxicated and may be required to show proof of 21 years of age.  It is your responsibility to be present in order to accept and sign for the delivery of your wine.

Due to the ever changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may not be able to directly ship wine to you. Many state laws restrict or prohibit the direct shipment of wine, as well as, limit the quantities shipped. Please consult specific state requirements, to ensure you are able to order wine for direct shipment.  We use a third party shipping company such as UPS and FedEx.  We ship on predetermined dates, weather permitting.

2.  Returns

We are unable to accept return of wine that was ordered in error.  You may request a cancellation or full refund of your order before your wine is shipped.  Please send us an email to:   info@steelmackwines.com If you wine is damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately and we will file a claim with the shipping company.  We will do our best to be responsive to your concerns.
